The course is run on a very good surface with a slight rise each lap, so it will test you a little bit, but not too much!

Where else can you do a lake swim, cross the road to do your run, followed by breakfast surveying the waterskiers…..and if you’re that keen, cycle home. Younger runners aplenty too with their wonderful parents doubling up as volunteers.
Bushy parkrun takes place in beautiful parkland where deer roam freely. It is a fast, flat course attracting approximately 500 runners each week.
